\015 My camera is telling me the card is locked. It will not take any pictures.\015

Answers :

Remove the memory card from the camera if it isn't already, and look\015\012along the left edge of the card. Find a small tab and slide it forward\015\012(to the unlock position) and carefully slip the card back into the\015\012camera and try again. If it reports locked again, carefully remove the\015\012card to see if the tab has moved back to the locked position.

If\015\012the tab is moving to the locked position during the insertion process,\015\012you could place a small amount of tape along the card edge - over the\015\012tab - and carefully insert the card again. You might have to remove\015\012some tape to allow the card to fit into to slot. If you never lock the\015\012card - you could put a very small drop of super glue on the tab to hold\015\012it in place. Wait for the glue to set completely before inserting into\015\012the camera.

I hope this helps!
