No directions are given regarding that very, very small CD that came with the camera. As small as it may be, the camera will not accommodate the CD and I can't see how my computer will either. I have a Mac 0SX.5 There are no compatibility statements visible on the packing. I'd love for it to work, as it is the perfect size for my needs-as opposed to my $500.00 Canon 12 megapixel. Thank you for any help you may be able to offer. Sincerely, j.p.

Please explain why my G10 set on Superfine 'L' with a Sandisk Extreme III SDHC 4 GB card will give pictures of 4416 x 3312 pixels but a non consistent and small file size varying between about 6 and 9 Meg and no where near the camera's advertised file size of 14-15Meg? This happens all the time since new. Thanks, A.

The files you are getting are the correct size. Each image will vary in size depending on how much detail is in the photo. The important thing to look for is the dimensions, 4416 x 3312 which are correct for the sensor in the G10.\015\012\015\0 ... Canon PowerShot G10 Digital Camera

My 6 month-old Nikon D90 has been acting-up for quite some time. I take ALL my pictures at LARGE size, as they may end up in competitions or exhibition. However, without warning, the size changes occasionally to SMALL or MEDIUM, often twice, or more, in the one day. I only discover this when I notice the number of frames left has doubled or more. I had the same problem with my previous camera, a D70, which I eventually gave away to a friend.

Nikon have gone rubbish. Their 'support' people are very unlikely to respond, or be of any help, or care. My five month old D90 has gone wrong and they want to charge me more than the cost - I suspect - of its manufacture, to put it right. You g ... Nikon D90 Digital Camera with 18-105mm lens

Someone accidently held a magnet over my old Sony DSC-T1 it no longer has an ability to take pictures. Just a blank screen. The old photos are still on the memory card I tried replacing the memory card and that is not the problem. It was a small magnet for a board. The screen still works in terms of being able to review the old photos, but when the door is slid down and the camera turned on, there is no live image.
