Hello,
I am going to explain the main steps for doing this ..and I just linked the fist step that you have to do ..in order to be able to do that ..here on this link you will find a video that explains the exact way to export a video file in your computer as a video file..
The second step will be to make sure that the file you actually export will be readable in your camcorder...if you need it to be viewed and probably used in several future actions you want to make with your camera ..
For that you need a video file that was actually filmed with the camera and never changed with anything so you can take a look at the properties and see what framerate ..and bitrate is using (of course what format ::avi...mpeg4..divx..)This is esential cause when you will transfer the video on the camera it have to be the exact bitrate and framerate and format that your camera supports..so that it will read it ..or ...with the values a little smaller ..
In that link you will see how to export the movie in the format you need ..and if you do not have the option for the format you need on the camera ...you will have to use a video converter ..like this one ..
http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
this converter will actually do what your exporter from he adobe does..but probably will complete the range of formats..with avi..(this one I didnt sow on exporter..and that 's why I mentioned...it ..cause I suspect the camera uses avi format to shoot and export )
When you finished editing you movie ...and convert it in the format you match with the camera ones...including the frame-rate and bit rate ..(in the converter you have the possibility in the right side to choose format and values)..all you need is the camera hooked on the computer ..and the driver on ..so you will find the camera in the my computer folder ..or the card from the camera ..like a removable memory device ..and just drag or copy/paste the movie in the folder near the other videos filmed and already in the memory ..(to be sure they are in the right place )or use the manager that you import with ..but in the other way around..
If the format is the right one and the bit and frame rate match ..the camera should recognize them and play them back..
I will link here the other videos for your program ...explained in the same way ...to be able to learn all that your adobe premiere can do ...

Hi,
\015\012Follow the steps to solve your problem
\015\012
\015\0121.Use the LCD screen on the camcorder and rewind to the start of the footage
2. Put it into 'play' or 'VCR' mode
3. Hook it up to the computer with it plugged in and the power on
4. Open Premere Pro and create a DV-NTSC project
\015\0125. Name the project what you want and click OK
6. In Premiere Pro go File > Capture; this will start a capture dialog box.
7. At the top, name the clip something descriptive also, put it somewhere on you computer where you can find it later. The reason is these files are pretty big (14 GB / hour)
8. At the bottom right are the buttons to start the tape capture
9. When capturing, the camcorder will play the tape in real time 10. When done. end the capture.
11. The file will appear in the left upper side of the PP screen; drag and drop it down to the bottom 'timeline' sequence.
12. Here, you will trim, add titles and prepare for export
\015\012
\015\012Hope this helps .

I have a Canon HG10 Video Camcorder, however I can't figure out how to transfer the actual video files to the computer to be edited by programs. It is a hard drive camcorder meaning that all the information is on a onboard hard drive on the camcorder itself, the manual tells you how to transfer pictures and how to "back up video files to the computer" but the files are not viewable on the computer and must be "transfered back" to the camcorder to be watched... help.

I own a Canon GL2 Video Camcorder. While in the Camera Position, it appears on the view screen two horizontal white lines, one on top (1/4" from the top) and the other on the bottom of the screen about 1/4" from the bottom. Even though it does not affect the end result. It makes it very difficult to film as the lines don't allow me to center (align properly) the subject I want to film. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
