Blank Screen I have a Sony Cyber-shot model #DSC-S40. The screen is bright white with an occational blur of the image I am aiming at. I have taken the batteries out several times and that cleared it up one time but has since went back to the white screen. I can still take pictures using the veiw finder but I can not see them on the screen nor can I access any menu functions. The camera still takes awsome pictures so I don't want to just throw it away. Hi, I have a camera, a Sanyo VPC-T1060 and it's having some problems. It turns on, flashes, takes photos apparently, but the LCD screen won't work. It turns white when I turn it on and when I take a photo with flash black lines appear all in the photo. I've tried finding a reset button, but nothing has been found. I recently bought a Canon powershot SX200is and I was using it to photograph my 4 year old grandson's birthday party, however a lot of the shots were blurred, these were mainly taken indoor, when I checked the camera settings I found the speed settings were ranging from 1/60sec to 1/6sec.
