My card is locked in my camera it's Sanyo Digital VPC-1090

Answers :

SD and cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Cannon SD1100 IS Digital Camera The Camera reads " Card Locked". The Maual's solution is to slide the switch up on the memory card. Did that still won't work. When I go to the Menu, the cursor will just bypass the "erase" and will light up below the erase display. Have never had this happen. I was trying to erase a movie, and this locked up. Tried another "card" the camera still reads "card locked". It has to be something in the camera. Thanks for your help.
