Having problems with your Digital Cameras ?

I've read the manual, but I'm still not sure what settings would be the best to photograph close-pictures of jewelry. I want the pictures as clear as possible. A lot of my pictures are fuzzy even when I select the stabilizer in mode 2.

Answers :

You will probably need to use a tripod in close up mode. Especially if the light levels are low. Flash may help but often gives pictures with overbright parts and reflections. Cheap table tripods are easy to get hold of and if used with the self timer can give very good results.

I own Canon S3 IS digital PowerShot camera. I have taken many pictures, but wanted to make some adjustments to some of the manual settings, as I am getting more comfortable with the camera, and would like to try pictures without using the AUTO mode. I made some adjustments to the picture size (compresion) and pixels.I do not remember making any more changing, but I read the User Guide a lot, and learned where adjustments can be made in the maual mode. I decided to look at some of my latest pictu

Hi, I've a Panasonic LUMIX FZ38 (fw version 1.0). When I want to clear the SDHC content via pc (camera in Mass Memory Mode), or to transfer the pictures via cut, it says ''Unable to delete...the storage card is write protected''. but my card isn't protected! And it's impossible to set the photo folder out of ''Read Only Mode''. Instead, if I put the same SDHC in a memory card reader, I can do everything I want. Do you think it's normal?

Yes, it's normal. You should never try to delete, format, transfer to camera, or anything else with the computer. It's always from camera to computer...never the other way around. And when you're finished downloading, always use the "safely remove ha ... Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5 Digital Camera

Hi i am using a Nikon N75 to take pictures for my photo class, and the instructor wants us to take low light indoor phtotos at a shutter speed of 1/30 at f2.2. However, when i go to set these settings in manual mode the camera will not let me set my aperture to 2.2 it usually stops at 4 and there is no way i can make it 2.2. i didn't know if there is a limitation on the camera but it seems like i should be able to select what i want.

It's probably a limitation of your lens. You didn't say what lens you're using, but one of the common kit lenses sold with the N75 only goes to f/3.3 at best. If you had a lens that opens up more, the camera will let you use it.The differ ... Nikon Digital Cameras

The mode dial doesn't seem to work. The camera is stuck on the high speed sequential setting. When we select iauto, it takes one picture and then freezes. When we select the camera option on the mode dial, it takes 13-15 pictures in succession and then freezes. The pictures are taken without the button being pressed. We need to power off to change modes. The camera did work for a little while.

The F keeps on blinking in full auto mode and even if I switch to manual mode it does not allow me to change settings. It is very frustrating! what is wrong with this D90??

The blinking F-- means that the camera doesn't think a lens is attached. You can try removing the lens and re-attaching it. Or if you have another lens, try that. There are quite a few reports of this issue with the 18-135 kit lens. ... Nikon D90 Digital Camera with 18-200mm lens
