Having problems with your Digital Cameras ?

Hello, my camera fell on while it was turned on, and now the lens are stuck. I can't keep it turned on for more than a few seconds as i get this message: turn the camera off and then on again. what should I do?

Answers :

Your lens has been knocked off of the gear mechanism that makes it zoom in and out. If you try to fix it yourself you will more than likely just make the problem worse. The only safe solution is to take your camera to an authorized repair point or send it to the manufacturer for repair.

It repeats this when I turn the camera back on and doesn't respond to any other settings or button pressings. Can you help?
