Having problems with your Digital Cameras ?

Sony DSC-T2 file folder

\015 My daughter has a sony DSC-T2. She renamed the folder of her photos and now she cannot access them on her camera. They are still there and when you plug the camera into the computer, the computer still sees them (in the newly named folder) but the camera will not display them. \015\012\015\012I assume renaming the folder to the original name would help, but I don't know what that was and am not sure it would be enough to solve the problem.\015\012\015\012What say ye?\015

When I turn on my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T1 all I get is a blue screen that says "no file in this folder" The camera will not go into "camera mode" I have a brand new memory stick pro duo 1.0gb. I tried to upload the firmware but when I go to setup 2 (like the manual says) it does not give me the "version" prompt on the bottom. I have a Sony DSC-H1 camera and have recently removed photos from it's memory card - the same way that I've always done it before without any troubles. Now, when I put in the memory stick and turn on the camera, the screen shows "no file in this folder" and won't go any further. I've tried to go through the menu and reformat the memory stick but it didn't make any difference. What do I need to do to continue to use this memory stick?

I have a Nikon D40. I wish my photographs to be numbered consecutively, 0 to whatever the numbering system goes up to (9999?), even when using a new card, without going into different files or whatever. I named a file "Card 1". The photographs come out labelled "100Card1 DSC 0001" etc. Yestreday, for no apparent reason, having reached "DSC 1021", it then started back at zero and was labelled "101Card1 DSC0001". When I go into the Folders menu there is no mention of "100" or "101", just "card
