I have a Bell & Howell DV1200HD camcorder and have problems with turning on the light when I want to vidio. I followed the diections in the quick guide where it says to press the 4-way direction button up to turn on/off flash light. What is wrong?

Answers :

There is probably nothing wrong ...when the camera it is in the shooting mode..you have to look at the screen and guide from those buttons the menu to the flash on and off and select and confirm with the middle button (usually ) but first to get the menu on screen (main menu ) you have to press the menu button ..is written near it which one ..usually it is also the top one or the middle ..and only after you got into the main menu (or it shows pictogram with functions over the preview of the shooting ) you select the flash function ...and turn it on ..

Command dial on a friend's Fuji Finepix S9000 is NOT functioning. Can't control aperture, shutter speed, flash settings, etc. Can it be opened and fixed (he has no warranty, thus no problem with opening it). I have tried enless things and have much experience (though I'd be a fool not to ask others). A

I have to wait awhile and keep playing with the button and then it will finally take the picture and act normal. This happens inside and out.
