Having problems with your Canon EOS-20D Digital Camera ?

Image quality Hi. When I'm taking photos and set my exposure manually on my Canon 20D, the image looks right exposed on my LCD screen, but when I download all the photos on my PC, all the photos are VERY DARK. This takes lots of time for me to edit it and then after I've got the right brightness on my PC I discovered that the image quality is VERY BAD!!! There is lots of noise on the image. Hello there,\015\012
\015\012If you are correctly metering the exposure of your photos, and you suspect it may be the camera, try resetting the camera to its default settings using the menu. Clearing all the custom functions as well can sometimes help. I have seen some cameras get "stuck" into a weird shooting mode. Also, don't always trust your LCD. It is only there for reference, but is almost never a true representation of what you're going to get. \015\012

Grainy, image I bought my Riccoh Caplio GX 5.1 mp three years ago. At first it took the best pictures I could wish for, but for monyhs now I am getting very variable results. Some photos are OK, but many are grainy, "pixleated" - having tiny spots of the primary colours throughout the image. There doesn't seem to be any one situation when this happens. It can be inside, outside, flash or none. The pictures also seem to be a lot darker, so photos taken inside or at night are much poorer quality,

My panasonic has amazing imaging stabilising properties, and crystal clear images. But the flash is too bright, and washes everything out far too much, making faces and scenery white all the time. The colours arent natural more than often. They're just wishy washy. So I bought a sony, and the colours are much more natural, and flash much more reasonable, but the image quality is really not great at all, especially in low light conditions, and the image stabilising is almost useless!!!! Canon Powershot G10 image quality problems... I have had my Canon Powershot G10 for 2 years and have had the same problem from the start... it is now driving me mad! When viewing photos in anything other than the supplied Canon Zoom Browser or Photo Professional the quality is poor. The images are noticeably blurred and appear grainy. I normally shot in manual mode with ISO80 and record images in RAW+JPEG. Processing the RAW photos seems to slightly improve the blur (though it is still there)

Grainy Pictures I received this camera as a Christmas gift, this past Christmas, and I have not been able to get a decent photo from it yet. The indoor photos are very grainy with a bubble sometimes in the photo. Outdoor photos are too light and also grainy, especially when the zoom is used. I have tried adjusting the image quality and the ISO setting but neither of these adjustments have improved the quality of the pictures. The printed pictures look worse than the images on the LCD screen. I c

Blurry photos THe last few times I have attempted to use my camera I have had two problems. One, each time I turn it on it resets itself as if I have never used it and goes back to the language selection and and I have to reset the date (which I stopped doing because of the inconvenience every time I wanted to take a photo, so now all my photos say January 1, 2000). Canon A560 camera problem - the images are overexposed. I checked the exposure setting, AWB, and all other settings and they are all normal.
