My Canon Powershot SD 400 won't download photos to my computer. I have a brand new battery. When I connect the camera and turn it on my computer shows the device for a moment and tries to get the data. The camera turns off shortly after it is on (no blinking light). Did you transfer the pictures back and forth from the camera to computer before you noticed this?
