Video clips The video of clips I take and download onto my pc from my Canon PowerShot A620 "jump" during playback but the audio portion of the clip plays fine. I'm using windows vista home basic. When I burn them onto DVD and then try them on a different PC the same thing happens. But when I download the same video clip directly from the same camera to a different PC the video plays fine. I cannot play my SD Card video clips on my computer. They appear as a series of still photos when put on to my computer. I usually use VLC for all my videos on my computer and have no other problems with it. I used a card recovery website to restore the SD Card as all the photos/video clips were "hidden". The Card Recovery v5.20 did a wonderful job of recovering the photos but only two of the many video clips actuall play. I purchased a Don't Panic CD Rom from Jessups. This only recovered

My g9 was playing video clips very fast. i changed the setting back to "standard" and can record/play new videos correctly; however, the video clip that i previously recorded before i changed the setting back to standard still plays back fast and that is the video i need. any suggestions?

I believe the setting you changed set the RECORD method, not playback. The video is recorded that way. There are some Video software out there that can rerecord a video at a slower pace, but do you want to spend the money? Try Ulead.com for a low cos ... Canon PowerShot G9 Digital Camera

Video clips I have just purchased a vivitar vivicam x30 digital camera & it plays video clips through the television with sound & picture, however no matter what i try when i put the memory card into the card reader on the computer it only plays the sound, the only video is the start scene the rest of the video does not pplay at all only the sound. appreciate any help. regards ****.

It sounds like you need to update your codec. Try playing the file with VLC player. That requires no codecs to use. If it will not play within that program, then it probably shouldn't be played lol. ... Vivitar ViviCam-X30 Digital Camera

My camera is getting pretty old but I still love it! I have made quite a few videos for YouTube. I shot a video, downloaded it as before, but this time, NO AUDIO can be heard on the downloaded clip. I listened to it in the camera for a bit, prior to downloading, and it seemed fine. So I shot a quick vid to check and the video didn't play on the review at all. Does the video "go out" on the camera like that?
