Having problems with your Canon Powershot SX110 IS Digital Camera 9.0MP ?

Viewing screen states card lock how do I remove it?

Answers :

Power off the camera and remove the memory card. Look for a small tab along one of the long edges of the card. Slide the tab from the "LOCK" position to the "UNLOCK" position. Carefully re-insert the memory card back into the slot - be careful not to twist the card so that the tab is slid out of the UNLOCK position.

You may want to tape or even superglue the slider in the UNLOCK position if you find that it is easily moved - and if you never use the locking function of the card.

Please rate this reply if you found it helpful. Good luck!
Move the slide switch on the side of the card.
