Cannot copy SX20 USB removeable drive images to Windows folder

\015 I cannot copy SX20 USB removeable drive images directly to a windows folder directly. I see the files, and can double click them and look at the images just fine. But when I rightclick-Copy the Canon removeable drive file, and then go to an empty C:\\tmp folder and right click and select Paster, nothing gets pasted. Any ideas?\015
