Have a lumix DMC-FC20 and began to hear a noise as if there was a loose part... I am familiar with the stability mechanism and was aware camera movement can result in a noise that sounds similar to a loose part but the noise continued even if the camera was powered-off. My curiosity got the best of me and I removed the screws on the casing and opened the back to confirm that there was a loose screw approximately 1/4" long. I have no idea where the screw came from since I could not easily remove

My OLYMPUS C5060 WIDE ZOOM digital camera fell in to the sea, in its pouch, but still got slightly wet. Local service agents answer was: buy a new one. How can I open the camera? I have 2 Canon Power Shot 70 cameras (one was a gift) The oldest I have owned for approximately 4 years...the other one slightly less. I have a Digital Rebel 40 D camera less than 1 year old and I removed the memory card and I cannot get it to go back into the slot. The eject button is still depressed after I depressed it to eject the memory card out of it. This is the first time this has happened. I had the original Canon Rebel with over 100,000 pictures taken on it and this never happened. This camera has less than 5,000 shoots and not it is unusable. Any suggestions ? Thank you, Terry

Freeze Up I just got my first digital camera, chock full of buttons, dials, wheels and screens. ;-) Anyway after a few hours of playing with it - it locked up...no buttons worked.(even the power button) I had to finally remove the battery from the live camera to reset it. The power switch won't turn to Off from the Player position. There is a tiny green button that usually releases the switch so it will turn. This tiny green button seems to move in but I'm not sure if it's going in far enough. I suspect it is broken on the inside where it releases. I don't know if I can remove the switch knob by prying it up off the switch or if you can suggest a method of fixing this. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on the camera (digital cameras look inviting), but I

I have an older pair of zoom lense Bushnell binoculars, 40mm with 7 to 21 power. I used to have a cabin in a very humid, mildewy area of Florida and it seems that the mold (mildew) has found its way into the lens whereupon it really messes up the viewing. I took the end pieces off and cleaned the insides with camera lens cleaning items and that helped, but I think the eye pieces need to be removed to finish the job. How do you do that? I'm not sure they are screwed onto the body! Has anyo

My Fuji 1500s 10 Mp camera will now power on when USB cable is connected.
