I have a canon rebel xti, when I take several pictures a get a busy signal and have to wait before I take another picture (flash?) how do i take pictures, many in a row without getting a busy signal..as if it is waiting to reset.... help

Answers :

Not sure, a couple things to check are the memory card you are using. If you have different card give it a try. Also, if you are trying to do burst mode there is a limit for your camera depending upon your settings. When you reach that limit the camera has to wait while all the data is written to the memory card.

I just received a Cannon Rebel for xmas and it was taking pictures just fine then it wouldn't autofocus and take a clear picture. I do not know if I accidentally hit a button when holding the camera but I cannot get it to take a clear pic. It also flashes a busy signal across the top of the viewing screen when it is flashing. I tried to find the fix in the guide, but nothing helped. Thanks!

Take it back and get an exchange- it's too early in the game to be getting error messages. It shouldn't be flashing busy, unless it's having trouble writing to a faulty card, or some other obscure defect. If it's too inconvenient to have it exch ... Digital Cameras

I have a Casio Exilim S12 digital camera, and after I take a picture it says "busy, please wait" is there a way to get rid of that or fix it? It makes picture taking very slow.

Overexposed photos?? when i hit my shutter release button, sometimes the flash doesn't pop up and the view finder goes black. (it's like the camera is taking a picture but when I release my finger from the shutter release button it doesn't release) The only way to "get out of it" is to turn the camera off then back on. when i go to playback...it is a white picture. are my settings messed up and how do i avoid this in the future. Many picture moments are missed because of this!

The view finder "going black" on an SLR is caused by the mirror being up, which is also when the camera is actually taking the picture! The mirror sends the light from the lens to either the viewfinder or the sensor. When it's down, the light goes ... Nikon D80 Digital Camera with 18-135mm Lens

The camera is also taking longer than usual to get to the taking pictures stage eg, when you flick open the lense, it takes around 10 seconds for anything to show.  Does this have to do with the error that is flashing up - I can't get rid of it.

I have a Canon 5D and a 430EX flash. When shooting pictures my flash will delay way to long before I can shoot another picture with flash. One picture is good and 3 are dark.
