Canon rebel T3 focus problems
\015 My canon rebel T3 was borrowed from co-workers and now the focus isn't working correctly. It can take a picture okay from far away but anything close-up or detailed is blurry and will not allow me to adjust. Secondly, the lens is also difficult to turn to focus in manual mode. It sounds like the camera is trying to adjust itself to focus, but just can't...any helpers?\015

Next shot is fine. I never have this kind of problem with Canon Rebel ( not digital). Now I can't rely on Auto Focus at all. Please explain to me where is a problem. Thanks, Irene

Hi there. I suddenly have a problem focusing my canon digital rebel xt. I have done nothing different to it, but cannot get it to focus AT ALL now. I am a professional photographer so tried other troubleshooting routes that I thought might cause focus problems (i.e. not enough light; played around with the shutter speed, f stops. etc.). I also took battery out, and put back. I took lens off and put back on. Any other ideas that you can suggest that would be causing this problem? Thank you for yo

I have a canon rebel xsi that is not taking pictures on auto focus. It will take pictures on manual focus, but they're blurry. I changed my lens to a bigger one to see if it was the lens or camera, and it's the camera. I had the same problem with the other lens. I've tried cleaning it & turning the lens focus ring but is still doing it. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

My Canon digital rebel will not autofocus correctly. My camera has 7 points autofocus, but it will only autofocus on the far right point. All other points are not used. I have had the camera for 14 months and the problem just began. If I want to focus on anything in the left to center of the field of vision, I cannot do it. However, the lens focuses manually very well. Why won't my camera focus on other points than the far right one?

I have a Canon Digital Rebel XT camera using a 75-300mm telephoto lens. My problem with the lens is that at times it is hard to adjust the focus either manually or automatically with the camera. I hear something rattling around inside the lens and at times the lens will not auto-focus and I have to remove the lens and manually twist it to get it back to some normal operation. Is this fixable or do I need a new lens?

I have a Canon 20D camera that I use with two lenses. The lens that I have most of my problems with is the 28-70 f2.8 red ring lens. What is going on?? I use the same lens on my friend's cannon 5D and NEVER have this problem.

Won't Focus I have had my Canon Powershot SD1000 for about 9 months now. I have had problems with the lens error and it getting stuck but have always been able to get it to work eventually. I had another bout with the lens getting stuck, was able to get it unstuck but now it won't focus at all. Normally I press the shutter down half way to get it to focus on my subject, but now it simply won't focus. I'm wondering if maybe my settings are off, or if it's an internal problem. Any suggestions

Focus Problem Dear folks, I just bought a (new) Canon A75, and it doesn't seem to focus. At all. Even on manual focus, not only can I not get it to focus properly, the focus doesn't change at all. When on AF, it doesn't beep like the manual says it should, and the yellow light blinks, as it's supposed to when there's a focus issue. The focus assist light is working.
