I have a JVC Everio HDD camcorder, model number gz-mg330rex which is approx 2 years old. The camera has had little use, been well looked after and carefully stored. Recently I went to use the camera using battery power and the camera would not switch on, so I tried the camera with the mains lead and it worked fine. Battery/Power trouble My C-770 is 2 years old and I still have the original L1-10B batterys that came with it. The camera goes through periods of non-use so has not been used excessively. When I put in a newly charged battery the battery indicator says the battery is full, but then take one picture and the light blinks empty and usually dies with the lens out and the ISO numbers still on the screen. Hi. Original battery is less than a year old. Put on charger, after battery was totally dead, and charger light went to green in only 15 mins. This was after no use for a couple of months. Cleaned contacts on battery and charger, and light turned orange. Could there be a problem with charger?

There is most likely a problem with the battery. If the charge/recharge cycle very quickly, some of the battery cells are probably damaged. Look for a replacement battery and that should fix it. ... Digital Cameras

No power I purchased a Canon 400D about a year ago and shortly afterwards the camera suddenly gave up on me. I took a couple of photos and then nothing. The battery was fully charged and the power light came on when the camera was switched on and remained on even when the camera was switched off. I have an old Sunpak 3075G Thyrisistor circuitry Flash that I used to use over 15 years ago, I recently got interested in Digital SLR photography and went to try it out the other day but I have a problem The flash refuses to fully charge up. Even with new batteries , it just continues to emit a high pitch hum usually associated with it recharging, but the ready light will not come on at all. When I try to push the mainual flash button I get no operation so I presume its not charging itself.

I have a one year-old Canon Rebel XTi. Overall, the picture quality is consistent with the 10.2 megapixel capability. But, using the automatic setting, virtually ALL of my pictures are so dark (even with a flash) that they require added contrast and fill-light when reviewing them. I've talked to other owners of the same camera and they DO NOT have the same problem. Do you think there is a correctable problem to address? Or, is it possible that there is an inherent issue with the camera and

My Nikon D70 DSLR was fine when last used but after around three weeks when brought out to use again, the LED which signifies writing to the card is flashing - whether the power is on or off. Removing the CF card and reinserting it makes no difference. While this light is flashing the camera will not switch on or show any information in the LCD. It is about three years old and has been faultless until now. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a Kodak easy share z1275 and has worked well for me for almost 3 years. Used it last week with no problems, has never given me any problems. I changed batteries, even though the ones I had in it were recently installed, but went ahead and put in new ones, and it will not power on. The blue power indicator light begins to come on
