Suddenly the pictures I take with my Lumix DMC-ZS3 have dark, shadowy, relatively circular spots on them. The spots are more noticeable when I zoom in. The spots are always in the same places on my images. This is my favorite camera of all time and I very distressed over this issue. I suspect dust has collected somewhere inside the lens where I can not get at it. I have gently cleaned the outside surface of the lens and have blown it off with compressed air but the problem persists, What c

I have Nikon D50 (11 months old) with two NIKON lenses - 18-55 (came with camera) and 70-300 (from my old Nikon F65). I have recently noted a spot appear in certain shots (mainly where sky is present) that is there in the same place whichever lens I use. Could this be a dust speck or similar on the CCD? If so, is there an easy way of cleaning the sensor? Regards Roland Zilz UK

If you have another lens, switch it and take some shots of the sky. If the spot is gone, it probably was the lens that needs cleaning/servicing. Hi, the flash card card-eject lever spring is broken and wont eject the card. u have to manually push the card in place and pull the card out. the lever stays up until u shut the card slot door.once the card is in place the camera can read the card if images already exist. but...it will not record an image and shows up as blank on the screen after the shutter takes the image? is this the cause of the broken eject lever. thanks.

I have the same problemI think that the reason that the not record the image is that the card slot door is pushing down on the card eject lever and ejecting the card when the door is closedThe only answer I can think of is to shorten the leverdavidh ... My camera is producing spots, or freckle-like or shadow-like spots which are noticable on photos such as a clear blue sky photo. The spots are in the exact same place on photos even when I change to different lens. I know the mirror flips up for a photo, but to be safe, I have cleaned it, but that didn't help anything. I have spots on my pics. My camera is still new. I've been extremely careful to not get anything on the lens. Don't see anything visible on the lens, and have also tried cleaning it (very carefully with special lens cleaner). Still, there are spots -- the same place on every pic.
