Having problems with your General Electric GE E1235 Digital Camera ?

I just received this camera today and was wondering if there is a way to change the speed with which the camera takes a picture? Mine is taking at LEAST 12 seconds each picture if not longer.

\015\012This can be achieved by many ways. If you use a memory card which has a higher writing speed it will take very less time. This is measured in terms of 'X'. Any higher X cards is good. Go for SDHC cards rather than normal SD cards. Also use ISO in auto mode. Your apperture speed needs to be as low as possible. Also you can lower the quality of the picture taken which will also result in faster clicks of snaps.

How do I prevent constant blurred pictures when taking shots of kids in my family. It also takes at least 3 seconds from when I press shutter button to when camera takes picture..often too late to get picture I want.

You need to practice the correct shutter button technique. You need to press the shutter button half-way and wait for the focus to lock (it will beep) and then, when the moment is right, press the rest of the way for an instant picture with no "lag t ... Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P100 Digital Camera

After I take a picture the screen goes blank while the red light is flashing and I have to wait at least 10 seconds before I can take another picture. I can turn the flash off and be able to take pictures consecutively, how can I fix this or is this the way the camera works?

Error E:62:10 My Sony Cybershot DSC-T9 has suddenly flashing E:62:10 all the time. The camera is also taking longer than usual to get to the taking pictures stage eg, when you flick open the lense, it takes around 10 seconds for anything to show.  Does this have to do with the error that is flashing up - I can't get rid of it.

This seems to be a design flaw on the T series. Literally thousands of T series owners have had this problem at some time or the other on their "well-used" camera. This sounds harsh, and maybe even dangerous, but it's not : use a rubber mallet, ... Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H5 Digital Camera

My sister recently gave me her old Kodak easyshare m1033 camera, which is nice because i have a lot of use for it. At a recent concert of a friend of mine's, I was taking pictures and the camera died with the lens stuck in the out-position. I didn't think much of it and decided I'd bring it home and charge it and then retract the lens. However, when I tried to charge it (I charged it for 12 hours straight, multiple times), it turns on for 1-2 seconds displaying that the date and time have been r

PICTURE TAKING Wonder if anyone can help me? Whenever I try to take a picture on my C-350 Zoom there is a long delay, of about 3 seconds, between me pressing the button and the flash operating to take the picture. This means I can never take any action shots and am even struggling to take family snapshots. I've checked this against other cameras and they only seem to take 1 to 1.5 seconds. I've looked through the operating manual and can't seem to find any solution. Any help would be greatly

System Error I downloaded the pictures onto a CD from my Konica Minolta today like I always do. When I was finished I went onto the camera to delete the pictures and format the card - like I always do. (I have had this camera for right at 1 year) When I turn the switch to the "view" mode it comes up with "system error" within about 2 seconds and the whole camera turns off. If I go really fast I can delete one picture at a time. I can still take pictures and they still show up (for 2 seconds).

Same thing happend to my father's camera (memory card). Seems that deleting the pictures from the card via the computer solves the problem. Corrupt files on the card cause the camera to read system error. No corrupt files = working camera! :) ... Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z5 Digital Camera

Broken screen I had the camera in my pocket and I bumped into a bench as I was walking by and the screen on the camera no longer works, it lights up, but only shows up white, It still takes a good picture, cause when I view my camera card, the pictures are there, Only I can't see anything on the screen when I take the picture, So I have to guess when I shoot a picture, Can I replace the screen myself? Canon Powershot A610 digital camera--LCD screen shows icons, but otherwise is blank--there is no visible movement in the lens when I take a picture without flash--have tried setting it on TV setting and taking a picture, then opening the battery cover for a few seconds after waiting 7 seconds or so, but no images on the LCD except the camera's icons--ideas? probably a stuck shutter, or is it still possibly the CCD sensor even though there's no visible movement in the lens? Ideas? Thanks!

Much more likely that it's a stuck shutter, especially for your model camera. How many tries did you give the fix? Some people stated that it took at least 15 repeated tries before the shutter opened:\015\012\015\012\015\012 ... Canon PowerShot A610 Digital Camera

I recently used my 860G on a diving trip to Roatan. After shooting some terrestrial pictures (outside the housing), I shut the camera off. Flash problem So, I set the camera to 'Flash On'. I take a picture and the flash goes off for about a quick second. Power/lens Problems I'm having some power/lens problems with my camera. When I turn on the power in either the picture or video mode, the green light will turn on for a split second then turn off.
