You have a stuck lens barrell. The small teeth that control the focus of the lens is off track. This happens to many small cameras. It is a common problem. If the lens is stuck in place try to giggle it around and cause it to go back into play. If it will not your only soulution is to take the camrea apart and reset the track on the lens barrell. This is much easier than you think. I have done several. First you are going to need small philips and straight screw drives, simular to the ones a jewler uses. You can get them from Sears or tool place. Also a soldering iron. Remove the back then, remover the screws that are visible. Now heat your iron and unsolder the two tabs that hold the battery tabs in place. Remove the screws from the top boars and the whole thing falls out into yor hand. The rest is quite easy as well. Remove the motor and lens from the camera. Sometiimes you can just turn the lens barrell and listen for a tiny snap and it is fixed. If not just take the screws out of the motor frame and set the barrell again. put it all back to together and your done. If you put the battery back in carefully holding it, it will work in you hand all apart. Go slow and be careful If you run into problems write me back
