I downloaded the disk that came with my Jazz JDC38W 3-1 camera to my Gateway laptop. Everything seemed fine, until i go to Press the Precision 801 icon. A window pops up saying Driver Fail! What do i do? How do i get my pictures on to my laptop? This is just annoying to have something, take pictures and it wont work. Any help would be awesome :)

Do not use that program if it fails..just be sure that the driver you have installed is the right one for your operation system ...after that look for the camera in My computer folder ..open and copy the files..if the camera uses a Sd or any memory c ... Jazz JDC38W Digital Camera
