Having problems with your Kodak Digital Cameras ?

My camera produced good photos for a year but despite acceptable viewfinder images, suddenly began overexposing outdoor and indoor photos...to the point of being totally faded. I've adjusted exposure and ISO settings without success. Any suggestions? Thanks---Cam

Exposure problem Hi,i'm using EOS 1dMK2 for 5 months now & i've noticed the same problem i've had using D60,1D wich is when i set the camera to top ISO speed & high speed continous shooting almost every second shot is underexposed for 1 stop, stangely this only happens indoor under tungsten or flourescent light.I've also tried to:set custom white ballance, shoot raw ,change lenses, set manual exposure & aperture. Has anyone else noticed this ? P.S. Parameters for both pictures are 1/250sec, f4 ,

With my cano powershot sd960 is i cannot seem to adjust the ISO speed. when in the portrait, kids/pets, settings i press the funct set button to get my list of different options . i can see "ISO Auto" on the list, but i can't seem select it to change it.

When using the programmed modes, like portrait, kids, etc. you cannot set the ISO speed manually. The reason for this is because in those modes you are asking the camera "can you please set ideal settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, e ... Canon PowerShot SD960 IS Digital Camera

Extreme overexposure Outdoor photos are mostly blank - white. Indoor photos are okay if there is very little light and I have it set on the "snow" setting. If there is light from a window then the indoor photos are over exposed as well, often with horizontal lines and/or blurry pictures. It seems that the shutter is open too long, but I don't know why. Hello. I bought my Powershot SX1 IS in April 2010, and have never felt I could get good photos with it. The 'noise' seems bad, when I playback and zoom in just one notch, definately worse, the more I zoom. The color is often poor, and the focus on close-ups is not sharp. Would you say this is the best this camera can do, or would you say there is something wrong with this particular one. (I always have it set at highest resolution , often 100 ISO, try the set of three exposures to get diffe

Dark exposure I have a Nkon D40x. Setting the selector to Auto, Shutter or Appature(SP) the image comes out dark. The historgram shows a spike that is totally contained in the first quarter of the screen. When I use the manual setting the image improve as the shutter speed was slowed down (1/80sec and ~7f the image improves). Any guess as to what is happening?

Grainy Pictures I received this camera as a Christmas gift, this past Christmas, and I have not been able to get a decent photo from it yet. The indoor photos are very grainy with a bubble sometimes in the photo. Outdoor photos are too light and also grainy, especially when the zoom is used. I have tried adjusting the image quality and the ISO setting but neither of these adjustments have improved the quality of the pictures. The printed pictures look worse than the images on the LCD screen. I c

I have a rebel xt 350D , using 75-300mm 5.6f lens to do some girls basketball photography inside a gym. Had camera set on: ISO 1600, M mode, 5.6f, 200 shutter speed (that seem to set automatically), used built in flash, Exposure level was in the middle of the chart, auto focus, al servo, continuous shooting, used awb. Got pretty good freeze action shots, with little or no blurring but the photos were dark. Some I could make lighter with photoshop but lost some detail and the contrast was too muc

Hi, I have a two year old Canon PowerShot SX1. Recently began to think my shutter speeds have been on the low side, based on ISO, aperture, and general lighting conditions outside. Went out and purchased a Canon PowerShot SX130 just to compare. Took about 25 shots with each, same subjects each time, same settings, same position, about 15 seconds apart. Discovered that, on average, the SX130's shutter speeds were over 3 times higher than the SX1 for proper exposures. For instance, at ISO 100

Blurry pictures Hello: Wondering if anyone has any problems with taking blurry pictures. It doesn't matter what I do, i.e., adjust the setting, exposure, etc., 9 out of 10 pictures come out all blurry. Is it just not a good camera, or is there any other suggestions from people out there that may be of help to me. Thank you for all that respond.

YES to the lens focus ring ... check it often.\015\012Also, low light is a no-no unless close up with the flash (like 10 ft. max). Try test photos on the tripod with focus ring set to the little mountain outside to verify camers is OK.\0 ... Jazz DV-179 Digital Camera

Canon XTI Hi, my Canon is giving me pictures with swipes across the screen, the only mode i can shoot in is Av. The pics are still dark. I have the ISO at the highest setting. I heard the probklem could be as simple as a spec of dust but that sounds totally weird to me. Please help...

I have Rebel camera. The lowest f-stop I've been able to set it at, whether on AV or Manual, is 5.6. Do I need to adjust the ISO speed to be able to get larger aperture?

The maximum aperture is determined by the lens. At 55mm, the 18-55mm lens will not open up beyond f/5.6. This has nothing to do with the ISO or the camera's exposure mode. If you zoom out to 18mm, you can open up to f/3.5.\012\012\012The ... Canon EOS Digital Rebel XS / 1000D IS Digital Camera
