Having problems with your Kodak EasyShare C160 Digital Camera ?

I accidentally 'deleted' all images from the memory card and can not find any on internal drive. HOW can I restore images from the card? Are they really completely wiped? or is it just the pointers to the card that are deleted? Sitting in rural paradise wondering what to do?!!! HELP!!!! thank you!

Answers :

If you are using a memory card, take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos. This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones. \012
There is some expensive software that will restore your pics as long as you haven't taken any more pictures on the card. You have to decide if the expense is worth it. Just Google the words "deleted picture restoration software."
