Computer do not recognize kodak c703 and the transfer station is not working

Answers :

Hi \015\012
\015\012I just had this problem with my D5000. I did a lot of troubleshooting to discover a Windows Code 19 error in device manager. To see whether this is your problem, go to Control Panel, select device manager. Your camera should be listed under cameras/imaging devices. If there is a yellow exclamation mark, disconnect your USB/transfer station. Using device manager uninstall the software drivers. Once uninstalled reconnect the camera and usb or transfer station. Drivers are on the camera. It should begin an automatic reinstall. When it says your hardware is successfully installed, you should be able to use the transfer station again.\015\012If not, and you got a disc with your station, then I suggest uninstalling all the software and reinstalling. Apparently in windows operating system, if the registry entry relating to that device is damaging, it will no longer recognise the device nor load the drivers. The only way to fix the registry is to uninstall the device and reinstall.\015\012

No Sound I just got a new computer so I can burn home movies from my Samsung S630 to DVD. The computer recognizes the video, but not the sound.
