Hi there. i have a canon ixus 30 camera. i brought a brand new 4gb memory card for it. when i put it in the camera it says 'memory card error'. i read somewhere that formatting it helps but when i tried to format it on the camera it doesnt work because the format word is blacked out. i also tried formatting the card on my computer. it formatted it but when i put it back in the camera it still came up with the same error message. what can i do to fix this so i can take pictures etc??????
