When I take a picture I miss what I am shooting at. Not sure how to set shutter speed faster. I have to lead a moving object or I miss it. Then it takes forever to reset to take the next picture.

Hello, Sounds like you need to not use the auto setting but instead use the sports setting on the mode dial, this way all you need to do is turn the small dial to for any setting you wish.

Shutter Lag All, I have an Olympus 5050 Digital Camera that I have been using for a while now for home use and I am quite happy with the results. Card speed won't interfere with shutter lag.\015\012\015\012The lag is much less (near non-existent) if you pre-focus. Or use manual focus with small enough aperture to get lots of depth of field. Make sure your kids are in the focus zone and just sn ... Olympus Camedia C-5050 Zoom Digital Camera
