Kodak m530 wont turn on

I dropped my Kodak EasyShare M530 and now the lens wont retract, when i turn the camera on, the lens makes a click noise and the screen lights up but then it turns itself back off again, with the lens still out, can i fix this myself or will i have to get proffessional help? Any advice will be grateful, thank you.
