Canon A560 camera problem - the images are overexposed. I checked the exposure setting, AWB, and all other settings and they are all normal. There is an exposure setting where I can set to + or - 2, but setting it to -2 does not help much. Outdoor photos are almost completely white. There is some detail in black objects. Indoor photos are overexposed. Flash pictures seem OK. The picture on the display is OK. I compared some macro photos taken a few weeks ago with macro photos now. The good photo

I have a Kodak Easyshare model dx5430 digital camera (5mp). It has worked like a champ for years. Last night I was at an event when the image display went dark at picture 31. All preceding photos were able to be reviewed. The camera flash works fine. The camera displays all the other characteristics of a working unit. It turns on and off; the flash works, the menu is accessible - everything. It just doesn't register any photos. Even in close-up mode, there is nothing. It's as if the lens cap is

I have a Canon Powershot SD550 Digital Elph IXUS 750 and last sunday I shot some photos outdoor at the equestrin center, but when I went indoors I found I didn't have a flash operating either on automatic or on manual, and I thought they had a mechanism to prevent flashes so the horses wouldn't be spooked. Later I shot some photos on automatic and they came out but when we went inside the fash was inoperative. I haven't dropped or manipipulated the camera in any fashion. i sent the camera to the

Overexposure I have owned my Fujifilm S5000 for about 2 1/2 years. It has worked perfectly until the last couple of months. I have always used the flash when the camera told me to. Recently, the camera has been overexposing inside pictures when I use the flash. If I don't use the flash, it underexposes the picture. Any suggestions...ideas? I have moved fairly recently and can't find my manual anywhere. Thanks, Laurie

Hi, I have a Canon 20D and a Sppedlite 550EX (I use for almost every shot). My problem is that 80-90% of my photos always return back from the printers too dark. I know this sounds like a printing issue, however I have tried 4 different printers and still have the same problem. I have tried up'ing my exposure both on my camera and flash, but this just overexposes parts of the photo too much. My histogram also looks relatively correct on these shots. I appreciate that photos will be taken too dar

I have a Kodak c513 easyshare camera and every photo I take has red eye in it. I was also told that I needed to check my resolution. What is that and how do I do that? Also how do I set flash so photos are not dark?

Resolution has nothing to do with it. Red eye is caused by the flash being close to the camera lens, when the flash fires it reflects light from the persons eye back to the camera lens. Solution is to set your cameras flash setting to "red eye" This ... Kodak EasyShare C513 Digital Camera

My camera (Sony DSC-T100) is about 3 years old. It has worked perfectly in that time but recently, outdoor photos show a lot pink where it does not belong (sky, side walks, etc.). Indoor pictures still look great, with or without flash. Sounded similar to some of the bad CCD discussions I have seen, but my camera seems to have been built after that problem was supposedly fixed by Sony. Overexposed photos?? when i hit my shutter release button, sometimes the flash doesn't pop up and the view finder goes black. (it's like the camera is taking a picture but when I release my finger from the shutter release button it doesn't release) The only way to "get out of it" is to turn the camera off then back on. when i go to playback...it is a white picture. are my settings messed up and how do i avoid this in the future. Many picture moments are missed because of this!
