Flash I there a way i can program the camera to take perfect pics without manually adjusting flash. All i need is to shoot at the object and get a clear pics. With this minolta i have to test several shots while adjusting the flash to appropriate exposures before I get a good pic.

What's perfect to you may not be perfect to someone else, That is why this pro grade camera offers so much in the way of adjustments. One doesn't often GET the perfect picture. More often, one must CREATE the perfect picture..

\015\012Set the flash at "0" for the most uniform pictures, and try a better lit environment and work in the 4' to 8' range. Generally, your pictures taken outside in good light, with the sun at your back will be the best. The rest, especially flash, often require some manipulation of the environment..I.E. lighting.
\015\012
\015\012A perfect picture requires a perfect subject, perfect pose, perfect foreground lighting, and perfect background lighting.
\015\012
\015\012So, the answer to you question is; there is no perfect setting, which will constantly produce perfect pictures.

My konica minolta dimage g530 is giving me problems. When taking pics outside, only a white screen appears, no picture. When taking a pic inside, I do get the image I shot. The setting are the same inside as well as outside. I have had this camera for several years and never had any problems. What is going on with my camera and can this problem be fixed?

Horizontal lines OK, we fixed the black screen and black pictures, but I'm still getting a strong pattern of horizontal lines in my pics. Pictures shot with manual setting adjustments are better than those on automatic, and the lines don't show too much with a strong flash (but if the flash is too strong then the image is washed out). Is this fixable? Or is my camera dying? ~Ange

I just received a Cannon Rebel for xmas and it was taking pictures just fine then it wouldn't autofocus and take a clear picture. I do not know if I accidentally hit a button when holding the camera but I cannot get it to take a clear pic. It also flashes a busy signal across the top of the viewing screen when it is flashing. I tried to find the fix in the guide, but nothing helped. Thanks!

Take it back and get an exchange- it's too early in the game to be getting error messages. It shouldn't be flashing busy, unless it's having trouble writing to a faulty card, or some other obscure defect. If it's too inconvenient to have it exch ... Digital Cameras

Internal memory?? some how my pics got deleted. my friend thinks they might be stored in the cameras internal memory and not on my compact flash card. so i took out the momory card and pluged in the cable to my camera and computer....but nothing happened. does the canon power shot A75 have internal memory? if not then why did i get a cable? i can just use my compact flash to to view my pics on the computer right?

Highly recommend that you consider using a card reader to download you pictures. You insert the camera's memory card into the reader, and then insert the reader into a USB port on your computer. The card then shows up as a hard drive so that you can ... Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera

Try Shutter Priority mode (Tv). Adjust the shutter time for an extended shot of several seconds or more. Of course, recommend using a tripod to do this, and using the camera's timer to take the shot to minimize camera shake. ... Canon PowerShot SX100 IS Digital Camera

DARK PICTURES I just bought a Konica Minolta X1 DiMAGE digital camera. But I bought it used. It looks brand new and the seller had everything that came with it originally including the original box.So far, I have been extremely disappointed with it. ALL od the pics I have taken with it are very dark. I have tried every setting on the flash and it makes no difference. And it does it inside or outside. Could the problem be the lithium-ion battery? The battery gets weak fairly soon after powering t

Nikon D60. When viewing pics I get a section of the display that flashes on and off. I have no idea what's happened and I can't get back to viewing pics without the annoying flashing, it flashes black and white.

The 430ex flash is E-TTL, that means it adapts is power to the scene. If you shoot a scene at 10 meters, the flash will choose to flash at the max power, and will take time to recharg. Try to get closer to your subject, and remember that the flash ca ... Canon EOS-5D Digital Camera

Make sure you have your flash & timing set where it is supposed to be, usually between 120 & 180. This is the shutter timing and flash duration. It is the syncronizing speed setting. If possible, turn off the automatic review, this slows ... Canon EOS-5D Digital Camera

Lost pictures???? On vacation I took my pics on the Large setting(not sure why). As the weeks went on I was running out of room on my 512 card so I changed the setting to medium size. I took pics on medium for the last 3 days only. When getting home and flipping through the pics only the pics shot on medium are showing up. I have tried using the card reader also...no large pics! The weird thing is that when looking at the shots 9 tumblenails per page, there is one tumbnail that is black wit

Flash Error Hi there, bought this camera about 6 months ago. I'm intermittently getting a problem with the pop-up flash. It pops up fine, but the screen gives me an error telling me it hasn't and won't take any shots. Have to keep switching it off and on and hoping it will work again. Sometimes it's a couple of days before it works again. It will take shots when I switch the camera to the 'no flash' setting, so it does seem to be just the flash. The error says that the flash release is jamming,

The error 5 can mean that there is something blocking the flash from popping up. If it is up but still get the message then you need to check to see if the little black pin/stick that lets the camera know that the flash is up, is not stuck. With the ... Canon EOS 400D / Rebel XTi Digital Camera

Frequently we're getting out-of-focus shots with our 710. It is not clear what setting is producing this. Most of our shots are taken in "reduce blur' mode. We can't figure out why we'll get about 35% of our shots out-of-focus. Are we messing-up the setting somehow?
