Having problems with your Nikon Coolpix 5700 Digital Camera ?

Pop-up flash I cannot get the pop-up flash to stow. I am almost positive it is simply a setting that I need to change.

Answers :

Go to the menu RESET ALL may work. Then go back to the menu and set the settings to the way you want them, test the camera and see if the flash works.
Make sure that the flash settings are on and not turned off in the menu settings.

If the flash is on in the settings and it still does not work, then this camera needs repairs.

Flash has stopped working on my Nikon D40. I've tried a factory reset, tried to get to the flash setting but that menu option is no longer available (highlighted) in any mode. I'm thinking it's broken and not a setting thing. Everything else works fine and it still takes pictures just without the flash. The flash pops up when needed but no flash obviously.
