Olympus D-435 Our camera has been working fine until last week when we started getting this error message - memory full on a blue screen when we had taken only one photo (and deleted all previous photos). Thinking there was a problem with the memory card, we removed it and used only the camera's internal memory which worked for a short while - allowing us to take 12 shots - but now it will only let us take 1 shot before giving us the error message. Is there anything I can do? Many thanks

You can try updating the firmware of the camera since this is not a problem with the memory card its with the camera itself you can check Olympus web site for software update on this.Hope that helps....... ... Digital Cameras

Pictures missing some (not all) of pictures taken end up missing from the camera ; they can't be viewed on the camera or loaded into my pc. I know the pics were there but missing later. this has happened with two separate memory cards so I know it's not a card problem. I've had the camersa a few years and this is the first problem. One of the memory cards intermittantly comes up with a "memory card error" message but not the card that was exclusively in use when the problem first showed itself.

If you haven't done so yet, take one of the cards, reformat it correctly (please ask again if you need info on how to do this) and see if you get any change.\015\012\015\012Are you using a PC card reader to transfer the photos or a USB cable?\015\012 ... Canon PowerShot S1 IS Digital Camera

I have memory cards and a memory card reader I use to load pics to my comp. But I cannot figure out how to load the internal memory, to my memory card so that it can be loaded to the comp. I have a Kodak easyshare m320 which I recieved today. I bought an SD card to go with it because the internal memory is really small. Near the card port, it says it accepts SD cards, and it also says this on the manual, but the card I bought for it is not being read by the camera. I can put the card in my computer and it works fine, though, so I don't know what the problem is. Do I need to do something to my camera in order to make it use the card rather than internal memory?

First, with no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, insert the card and do the "format" thing again to optimize the card for the camera. Now, it should work pro ... Kodak EasyShare CX7430 Digital Camera

When I install a memory card in my camera I get the message read only memory card, remove write protection to capture or write to card. I think there's a problem internally with the camera.

I have a Bushnell trailscout 119900 and it wont accept any other SD card but the one that came with it. The one that came with it is only a 512 MB chip card The ones I have been trying to use are 2 GB SD card chip. Does the memory chip have anything to do with the problem. I can use the memory chips in my Kodak camera but they wont record the events in my Bushnell trailscout. What going on. the 512 MB works fine

Probably the first thing to try is formatting the card. There should be a function in the setup menus to do this. If it won't format or gives an error when you try the card may be incompatible.
