Having problems with your Nikon D2H Set Digital Camera ?

Whenever I take a photo, or try to, my Nikon D2H focuses and refocuses without actually getting a clear photo and won't let me snap a shot. Is there a setting that may have gotten changed to create this kind of problem? Or is there another way I can fix it?

\015\012It sounds like a problem with the auto focus. You can narrow this down with some different tests.\015\012
\015\012
\015\0121) Try turning off auto focus and taking a picture. If that works then try\015\012
\015\0122) Another lens, see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If you can, you either have an auto focus, or lens communication problem. If you can't duplicate the problem with a second lens, then you know the lens you were using is the culprit.\015\012

I can't get the photos in my Pentax OptioS6 to download into my computer. When I try, the computer says that it does not recognize what kind of camera it is connected to. By the way, I checked the trouble shooting guide & thought that the problem may be that the USB connection setting might have been set to PictBridge instead of PC -- but no, it is set correctly. Any ideas? I'd love to download these photos.

Sony DSC-S700 when turned on sometimes the screen is blurry and pink toned with blurry grey lines running accross the screen. Photos turn out the same. Happens intermittently. Have changed batteries, checked to ensure the dial on the top was centered on Auto Adjustment setting. Doesn't matter what setting display looks the same: pink and blurry with the lines. Checked all the settings in the menu. Not sure why it does this...worried it may be a board problem.

The camera is 2 years old, when turning on the power it goes to the date set,you can change the year, then it slides over to the month, but seems froze up, then the camera resets itself, if you skip the date set up, it shows a view on the lcd, but can't take a picture, and the camera resets again. My son borrowed it and took pictures snorkeling, so it may have gotten wet, but the lcd screen is not distorted as it was a year ago when I got water in it.

I've tried changing the settings, I've changed the camera modes, I reset the settings altogether and even changed lenses and yet the camera still takes tinted pictures, inside and outside. Also, when I switch the camera to live-view mode (shows exactly what the lens sees) it shows pretty much an entire green s
