Having problems with your Nikon D40 Digital Camera with G-II 18-55mm Lens ?

Flash witeout my nikon d40 , the problem occurs when I have a continous shooting after 7 or to 10 shots it becomes whiter and whiter or flashout or over expose.

Answers :

Hi there, you mentioned continuous shooting right. Your mean Sequence mode? One click and 7- 12 continue image sequence wise? If its then the problem is, your camera battery is not good now. He is not able to give required power supply to you camera flash. When few snaps done after the he loss his battery power & flash power going under(-) & your camera motor going slow, that's why shutter not open and close proper time. And the final result is whiter & whiter images. Hope you understand, what i am saying. So change the battery & buy a new original battery.

"busy" Error Yet another Canon 20D question. I have been shooting both film and digital at weddings for the last two weeks. I have been very impressed with the 20D (I shot Nikon for 22 years). However, I have had my share of camera errors on the 20D. Lately, it shuts down in the middle of shooting and the LCD panel reads "busy." The busy error does not go away when turning off the camera. At first I assumed that the buffer was maxed, but I'm only shooting in single shot mode. Eventually, after m

This is a mind bender, While doing a shoot using monolights connected to a Nikon D1x I encountered exposure problems. After the lights were metered for the best exposure, I started shooting. The first ten or so shots were fine, and all of a sudden the next ten shots looked like they were 8 stops over, and then it went to looking ok. The first thing I did was switch monolights thinking there was a problem with the flash, this did not resolve the issue. Next I switched camera bodies, still the int

I have a Nikon D90 camera with a 180 - 300 lens that I use to shoot photos of my boys playing football. I have always had crystal clear shots from the stadium. Now that my boys are playing Varsity at night my shots are blurred and I usually end up deleting most of them. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

Obviously, shooting the pics at night requires a longer exposure. If you haven't changed any settings from your daylight pics, then your camera is probably setting a slower shutter speed to compensate for less light in the stadium. You need to raise ... Nikon D90 Digital Camera with 18-105mm lens

Nikon 18-200mm VR lens doesn't seem to want to AF focus at full focal length 200mm distance. I bought this lens second hand on ebay and am not certain if there is a problem with this lens. If I try to shoot a picture at full focal length indoors it seem to be fine or relatively close shots but out side, full distance shots it wont work. The focal ring is at full focus and just turns with no change in the view finder but it needs more. Exposure problem Hi,i'm using EOS 1dMK2 for 5 months now & i've noticed the same problem i've had using D60,1D wich is when i set the camera to top ISO speed & high speed continous shooting almost every second shot is underexposed for 1 stop, stangely this only happens indoor under tungsten or flourescent light.I've also tried to:set custom white ballance, shoot raw ,change lenses, set manual exposure & aperture. Has anyone else noticed this ? P.S. Parameters for both pictures are 1/250sec, f4 ,

If you set your meter based on the white (or substantially white) wall, as per the attachment, I would expect the image to be underexposed. ... Canon EOS-1D Mark II Digital Camera

My Nikon D40x won't auto-focus. When I press down the shutter button, it won't do anything at all. If I switch to manual and back to auto, it works for 2-3 shots, and stops working again. If change shooting modes from single to timer and back, it might work for a couple shots. I have not been able to find any other solutions. Any suggestions?

I have a Nikon D40x. Camera works fine, but sometimes it does not shoot a picture when shutter is depressed. It will just beep and shutter will not go. This very frustrating as I've lost many shots. Usually a re-framing/re-focus will fix it. Is there a setting to avoid this? Thanks.

Viewfinder I just got my *ist DS Monday, and this is my first DSLR. I have a general question, which I hope you guys can help me with. The image framing from the viewfinder is significantly different from the finished photo. The finished product always has a wider angle of view from what I am seeing while framing the shot. I just received my Nikon D3100 in the mail today, and I was so excited. When I opened the lens cap on the camera body to put the lens on a small, clear-ish rectangle fell out.
