Having problems with your Nikon D50 Digital Camera ?

Nikon D50 will not show charge

\015 My Nikon D50 SLR got a little moisture on it after being dropped in the water. It was in the bag so the moisture was too bad. Everything looks good but when I put a fully charged batter in it shows no charge. The rear LCD won't come on but the top one will showing that there's no charge, how many pics I have left, etc. Anyways, I cleaned the battery terminals on both the camera and the battery and I have another battery and that doesn't work in the camera either. So, the problem is with the camera. What can I do? Thanks in advance\015

I took some picture on my Nikon D50 without the sdcard, and they are stored on the camera's internal memory, and I have looked through the menu and through the manual, but cannot find a way to transfer onto my computer. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance. C

Is this a problem I can correct on my own?
