Having problems with your Nikon D70 Body Only Digital Camera ?

When i try to take a picture with my Nikon D70, i get a flashing fEE in the top right hand corner of the meter display. I'm wondering what that means and how to fix it.

I know of three causes:-
\015\012
\015\0121. The first depends on what type of lens you are using. If you have a lens with a manual aperture setting ring, you need to turn this to its smallest aperture (biggest number) and then move the small locking ab acoss to lock it in this position.
\015\012
\015\0122. Its also possible you have a damaged lens. There is a small tab which fits into the body of the camera and these can be broken. If possible try with another lens.
\015\012
\015\0123. In my case I saw this a few times and it was just caused by the contact between lens and body not being 100%. Tightening lens a little solved it on each occasion.
\015\012
\015\012Hope one of these helps you.
