Having problems with your Nikon D70s Digital Camera ?

I have recently noticed a very thin vertical line (primarily red) in the photos taken with my D70. Can you tell me the cause and the cure?

Answers :

Hi!
Cause - faulty CCD imager.
Cure - imager replacement.
It can be done only by Nikon authorized service center and if you're out of warranty - it will be expensive.

Sorry for the bad news.

Some of these pictures I can't wait to frame, but not with that crap in the corner...can someone tell me how to remove the date and time from the photos I've already taken, so I can get unspoiled images. Picture error I have an Olympus SP-51OUZ camera. Nearly every photo I take, when reviewed, comes up with 'picture error' and a big warning exclamation mark (in red on a blue background). Only about 1 in 20 photos taken are ok. I have formatted the card but it still happens. When I used the card on my laptop it scanned it & said there were no problems with it. Obviously it's a nightmare because I have to review every single photo to check it has come out! Please help! Rachel

I have Olympus c-750> I need to shoot in jpeg format.................how do you tell if the camera is set for jpeg? I see tiff all over the place, but no way to "choose" between the two. As I understand it, the photos are to be taken in jpeg, and then "PUT IN " tiff for editing. Also, you are to use the largest resolution in jpeg................what is that, and how do you tell??
