Having problems with your Nikon D80 Digital Camera with 18-135mm Lens ?

Hi, I need to position my camera upside down so I can take photos, numerous photos. Can you recommend a stand that will allow a Nikon D80, so be positioned exactly.

Answers :

Check with any decent photo shop for a tripod with a column which you can insert upside down. The Velbon Sherpa 200R tripod has such a column. They are available worldwide, or you can check their website for a picture of it, so it might be easier to describe to a sales associate. The common application is for nature photography, where you need to get the camera close to the ground. Have you thought about rotating the files in the computer?

I have copied and pasted someone elses problem, because it is the same one I am having. So if I want to use the aperture for taking Manual photos I cannot do this because when it goes off of F22, it reads FEE, error. "I have nikon d80 with the fEE error code blinking... I know this means that the aperture is not locked at the 22 but it will not allow me to change the aperture settings. Please help us!!!"

Lock the aperture ring at its smallest opening (in this case, F22). Change the aperture setting by turning the subcommand dial (the one in front, unless you changed it in the setup menu).Of course, you can only change the aperture directl ... Nikon D80 Digital Camera with 28-80mm Lens

I have a Nikon D40 which is coming upto being two years old. Recently I have noticed that the auto-focus will not work. If I manually focus I can still take photos but when auto is engaged it will not even try to focus and therefore will not allow me to take a photo. I have not made any changes to the settings and therefore I am concerned it is a hardware fault. The lens in question is the standard lens supplied with the camera and is the only lens I have so have been unable to check t

I have had the Nikon D40 for about 4 years. It has performed wonderfully and I love it. Just recently, the battery suddenly died (in one hour it went from 3 bars to one) and after several failed attempts to charge it, the camera would not allow me to take photos due to the battery needing recharging (flashing one bar). I ordered a new Nikon battery and put it in the charger when it arrived today. It registered that it was charging and after over an hour said it was completely charged. When

I have a Nikon D80. Whilst at Yosemite National Park a few weeks ago, where it was extremely cold I noticed that my camera would not take photo. After a few tries, it started working fine again. However, yesterday the shutter started sticking, and the ERR message showed on the screen. Then I can take one photo, and same thing happens again. Is there something I can do with settings, or do you think there may be something wrong with the camera body? I took to a camera shop and they say the

Pincushion distortion I've actually had this camera for about 2.5 years now, so presume well out of warranty, but I realise by looking back at my photos that the problem may have been there from the start. When taking photos on the default camera position I get a reasonably severe distortion of the picture, such that a person standing off centre will have his head elongated somewhat toward the corners, and straight lines along the edge will bend toward the corners. I suspect from the web

I have 2 Canon Power Shot 70 cameras (one was a gift) The oldest I have owned for approximately 4 years...the other one slightly less. I have a Nikon D80 and the camera locks up and won't take a picture - the F keeps blinking and it won't lock into a f3.5 or whatever so you can take a pciture - why would this happen ? Poor focus I am using the Nikon d80 with a Sigma 24-70 mm lens. I am not satisfied with the crispness of the photos. I have tried shutter speeds of 1/500 and higher, using a tripod, and using shutter delay to get better clarity and sharp focus, but none has worked. The quality is not as good as my 2 meg Sony! Is this to be expected from the 10 meg cameras? thanks! [email protected]

Nikon FM: Shutter release button will not allow me to take another photo and I'm only on frame 15 of a roll of 24. The film advance lever does not move the film, but it does open all the way to the right & shows the lights on inside (so the battery is OK). I changed the battery just in case, but that didn't solve the problem. I'm wondering if the film somehow came undone inside.

The FM is a mechanical camera, the batteries only power the metering system. Sometimes what happens is when you buy film say in 4 roll packages, they give you 3 24 exps and a 12 exp. I suggest that you rewind the roll and check this. You will only ... Nikon Digital Cameras
