I have a problem with my sony cyber-shot dsc T-3. Everything is all right except that there is probably a problem with the lense as the image (on the screen when I want to take a photo or film) is not right (it is pink, dark with lines on it). It is not a problem with the screen, because I can look at my photos / videos which were done before this problem happened. I think it is because I tried to use the camera in a hospital (I had a baby last week) when I was in a surgery room. Maybe too magne

FORMATTED DISK For some reason, when I turned my camera on tonight, it was on the screen that asks whether or not you want to format the card. I SAID NO! But then it said BUSY .. When I take indoor shots the lense will not focus in it spins like it is trying to focus but thats all it does is spin back and forth. Pictures missing some (not all) of pictures taken end up missing from the camera ; they can't be viewed on the camera or loaded into my pc. I know the pics were there but missing later. this has happened with two separate memory cards so I know it's not a card problem. I've had the camersa a few years and this is the first problem. One of the memory cards intermittantly comes up with a "memory card error" message but not the card that was exclusively in use when the problem first showed itself.

If you haven't done so yet, take one of the cards, reformat it correctly (please ask again if you need info on how to do this) and see if you get any change.\015\012\015\012Are you using a PC card reader to transfer the photos or a USB cable?\015\012 ... Canon PowerShot S1 IS Digital Camera

This is a mind bender, While doing a shoot using monolights connected to a Nikon D1x I encountered exposure problems. After the lights were metered for the best exposure, I started shooting. The first ten or so shots were fine, and all of a sudden the next ten shots looked like they were 8 stops over, and then it went to looking ok. The first thing I did was switch monolights thinking there was a problem with the flash, this did not resolve the issue. Next I switched camera bodies, still the int

Wide problem The moment the 3200 is switched on the wide angle indicator shows and the lens goes into wide and then tele. After this you cant click. Occassionally, on switching up the wide does not happen and shots can be taken and wide switch works. Switch it off and on again and the same problem happens. As long as the camera is on and the wide does not come up everything is fine.

I have a new D40 and I have had the same problem twice already on two separate occasions. I go to click to take a picture, and it does not take. Nothing happens at all. I try again and nothing happens. I try to refocus, but it does not help. I have to turn it off and on again to get it to work and click to take the picture. Thinking of if I should get the D3000 instead. Any thoughts on that and why this happens?

I recently bought a Canon powershot SX200is and I was using it to photograph my 4 year old grandson's birthday party, however a lot of the shots were blurred, these were mainly taken indoor, when I checked the camera settings I found the speed settings were ranging from 1/60sec to 1/6sec. I was shooting in P and AV, however I then switched back to automatic (auto) and took shots with the full range of options and still found some shots blurred, I think the problem is, the camera is trying to foc

Nikon D50 I have been reading through Fixya to try and find a similar problem. I have a Nikon D50 and have been using it with no problems for over a year. My EOS 400D flash sometimes pops up in bright daylight in full auto mode. I sent it back to Cannon who returned it saying no fault found. I then began to think that the problem was the way I held the camera and that I may be obscuring the (light?) sensor near the grip with my hand. After not using the camera for a while I am now taking shots again and the flash pop up problem has re-appeared. I am now sure I am not blocking the sensor. Any ideas?

In full auto mode, the camera tries to use fill flash, when it detects a backlit scene (e.g. a person in front of a window). So this is not a bug, it's a feature! If you don't want the flash to fire, you can push it down and still take the shot. ... Canon EOS 400D / Rebel XTi Digital Camera with 18-55mm Lens

Blue photos Can anyone tell me some reasons why some outdoor shots I took of snow/trees, etc. might look blueish? I took some pictures at sundown that came out fine, and ones I took about 10 minutes later look blue. I don't recall changing any settings. I also took similar shots at the same time with another digital camera and those looked fine. Is this something that's common in low light with a lot of white background? (Or is this a "user problem?")

Snow pictures tend to be blue due to the blue spectrum being scattered and reflected from the snow (similar to why the sky is blue). Plus just after sunset, you're going to get a cooler color temperature (blue cast).\015\012\015\012However, instead o ... Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ10 Digital Camera

Olympus D-435 Our camera has been working fine until last week when we started getting this error message - memory full on a blue screen when we had taken only one photo (and deleted all previous photos). Thinking there was a problem with the memory card, we removed it and used only the camera's internal memory which worked for a short while - allowing us to take 12 shots - but now it will only let us take 1 shot before giving us the error message. Is there anything I can do? Many thanks

You can try updating the firmware of the camera since this is not a problem with the memory card its with the camera itself you can check Olympus web site for software update on this.Hope that helps....... ... Digital Cameras

The screen of my M1 and photos taken have all darkened. It only lights up in a pink tint ever so slightly when facing light areas. This has happened overnight. Battery Problem I was given an SD9 last month and so far like it except for some battery issues. Using fresh AA's it will often give me the 'low battery' warning as soon as they are loaded. I bought the CRV3's thinking that would solve it, it did initially, but after about 40 shots I took them out, tried some new AA's and again the low battery warning... replaced them with the CRV3's again, low battery (surely they were not run out after 40 shots?!) Everything is fine using power cable... but

Exposure problem Hi,i'm using EOS 1dMK2 for 5 months now & i've noticed the same problem i've had using D60,1D wich is when i set the camera to top ISO speed & high speed continous shooting almost every second shot is underexposed for 1 stop, stangely this only happens indoor under tungsten or flourescent light.I've also tried to:set custom white ballance, shoot raw ,change lenses, set manual exposure & aperture. Has anyone else noticed this ? P.S. Parameters for both pictures are 1/250sec, f4 ,

Batteries "depleted" my camera was working perfect with some rechargeable NiMh batteries i had bought, giving me about 400 shots / charge.
