Having problems with your Nikon D80 Digital Camera with 18-55mm Lens ?

When shitch the power on and evemove the cap, I sometimes get F-- on the top control panel. I cannot take a picture. I need to shtu the power , or go to manual to be abel to get to the normal panel and take pictures. I sometimes shake it a bit and it get back normal. What could be the problem?
