Having problems with your Nikon D90 Digital Camera with 18-105mm lens ?

Contunues shooting how to use it

Answers :

You put the camera into one of the Continuous modes by holding the Release Mode button (to the right of the LCD control panel on the top of the camera, marked with a set of overlapping rectangles) and turning the command dial on the back. The two choices are Continuous Low and Continous High (marked with the overlapping rectangles and the letter "L" or "H"). Frame and shoot as normal.

In continous mode the camera will take pictures as long as your finger remains on the shutter release button or until the buffer fills up. In Continous High the camera will take as many as 4.5 pictures a second. Custom Setting #d6 controls how fast Continous Low shoots.

Bear in mind that the speeds mentioned are only maximums. If your shutter speed is set to half a second, you're obviously not going to take four pictures in one second.

This is all in the manual, under "Release Mode".

I just bought a refurbished canon A590 digital 8.0 meg, 4x optical zoom, LCD display screen camera via eBay. after only shooting 40 shots, some of them using flash (like 3 or 4 shots out of 40), i found the camera showed battery used up sign. then, it refused to shoot any more. i checked the voltage of the batteries with my old VOM. the batteries were not used up. the meter read they still had 1.35 out of 1.5 volts. i'm just disappointed that the camera can't use up the rest of the

Just purchased a canon A590. on page 84 of user guide, continuous shooting is described. I'm somewhat familiar with SD cards, but Canon implies that I have to use their MSH type SD card to use the continuous shooting feature. When I look at the drive modes in my camera, I only see 4 possible modes....single pic, 10 sec delay, 2 second delay, and delay continuous. There is an icon for continuous shooting in the book, but it does not appear on my camera. Why?

I don't own an A590 but I've been handling cameras since the Kodak Instamatic days, so I'll try to help you. I checked out the Canon website for the A590. and they don't specifically state the MSH type SD card. The camera can do 1.4 fps or frames p ... Canon Digital Cameras
