Having problems with your Nikon D90 Digital Camera with 18-105mm lens ?

Hi, I am trying to use the self timer function on my Nikon D90 but it doesn't seem to work. I have checked on many sites how to use it, but whenever I press the self timer button and turn the roll left and right nothing happens. The option is fixed at shooting instantly and multiple shots. I tried in all camera modes, but still cannot change the option. What am I doing wrong?

Answers :

The button for this is on the right, the second one from the rear and it has multiple squares on it for a symbol. Pressing and holding this button down then turning the rear dial should change the shutter release function. It cycles through single shot, multiple shots low and high speed, and then self timer. You set the actual parameters of the self-timer from the custom setting menu.

Exposure problem Hi,i'm using EOS 1dMK2 for 5 months now & i've noticed the same problem i've had using D60,1D wich is when i set the camera to top ISO speed & high speed continous shooting almost every second shot is underexposed for 1 stop, stangely this only happens indoor under tungsten or flourescent light.I've also tried to:set custom white ballance, shoot raw ,change lenses, set manual exposure & aperture. My Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S600 stopped working. I press the power button and nothing happens. I tried changing batteries, but it shows no sign of life. It was left in the trunk of my car overnight, inside a luggage bag. The temperature was close to freezing, so maybe the cold weather had something to do with the problem. I left it in my closet for about a week, and when I tried to use it, the power would not turn on. Thanks for your time.

I got my camera around January 2008 but I haven't gotten to use it for around a year and a half. This is the first time I can try to fix it due to costs and other problems.
