Having problems with your Nikon Digital Cameras ?

I have a nikon d90,when i pressed shutter button ,it is giving err message then i press second time it is not giving err message but not taking the photo.

Answers :

The Nikon user manual says on Page 256 that the ERR message indicates a camera malfunction and to clear it, you must release the shutter.
\012
\012I have found on my D-90 that I can usually release the shutter by turning the camera off and back on. Sometimes, I have to remove and reinstall the battery but that is rare.
\012
\012The manual also says that if this problem persists or occurs frequently, you should contact an authorized service center.
\012
\012I would suggest that you contact Nikon tech support at www.nikon.com before you contact a service center. They may be able to assist you without the need for a repair.
This is an indication that the camera is not "talking" to the lens correctly. When you press the shutter button, the camera tries to focus, set light levels, and then shoot the picture. If it can't focus or set F-stop and shutter speed, then it can't shoot the picture and gives you the error indication. SO\012
\0121. You need to make sure the lens is an automatic lens capable of working with the D90. \0122. You can take the lens off and back onto the camera a few times in case its a dirty contact issue or just didn't seat correctly.\0123. Set the D90 to manual and make sure you move the AF selector on the front to M. Then you would manually adjust all the settings. That should take the auto-coupling out of the picture (pun intended)\012
\0124. If it still shows error when in total manual mode, there may be something wrong in the camera itself. Before giving up, do a total system reset on the D90 (I assume you have the manual).

Error Message When I take a photo with Nikon D60 it's as though the shutter gets stuck and it gives an error message on the screen (Error! Press shutter release button again.) Weird, I know! Any ideas or suggestions?

Olympus D-435 Our camera has been working fine until last week when we started getting this error message - memory full on a blue screen when we had taken only one photo (and deleted all previous photos). Thinking there was a problem with the memory card, we removed it and used only the camera's internal memory which worked for a short while - allowing us to take 12 shots - but now it will only let us take 1 shot before giving us the error message. Is there anything I can do? Many thanks

You can try updating the firmware of the camera since this is not a problem with the memory card its with the camera itself you can check Olympus web site for software update on this.Hope that helps....... ... Digital Cameras
