I was taking photos over the weekend with my Olympus E-500 and the eyepiece viewfinder got darker than usual. I was using a promaster 5750DX flash. Even without the flash, the eyepiece viewfinder has remained dark. Also, I reset all settings to the default settings and now when the built in flash pops up, there are a series of three "beeps" and the camera tries to focus. I cannot get it to take a photo however. I also pushed the button for the sensor cleaning today. Could this have screwed u

Long Photo-Taking Hello, I have an S400 with a pretty fast memory card... It seems like its taking a longer time to take a photo than it used to? Basicly I turnt he camera on and sometimes I have to hold the capture button down for 3-5seconds before it will actualy snap the photo, Any suggestions??? I'm prety sure it hasnt always been this slow.. I got a new battery etc.. Thanks!
Most cameras take a little longer to capture the photo in darker conditions, with a moving subject, things like that, though if the photos you're taking now are under the same conditions as the ones you used to that shouldn't be the issue. I have had a nikon D60 for the last 3 years.I normally use the auto setting and for the first 2 years it took beautiful photos almost every time. in the last year or so when i try to take a photo it often displays iso auto r 09 in the bottom right hand corner and won't take the photo and this doesn't appear to depend on lighting. Is there something i can do differently? Should i take the camera for a service? Thanks

I take photos with the color pix s210 outside with natural light and the photos come out good, but when I am inside using artificial light the photos come out fuzzy. Is there a setting I can use to correct this issue?

Hi i am using a Nikon N75 to take pictures for my photo class, and the instructor wants us to take low light indoor phtotos at a shutter speed of 1/30 at f2.2. However, when i go to set these settings in manual mode the camera will not let me set my aperture to 2.2 it usually stops at 4 and there is no way i can make it 2.2. i didn't know if there is a limitation on the camera but it seems like i should be able to select what i want.
It's probably a limitation of your lens. You didn't say what lens you're using, but one of the common kit lenses sold with the N75 only goes to f/3.3 at best. If you had a lens that opens up more, the camera will let you use it.The differ ... Nikon Digital Cameras
Hi, I purchased a Nikon Coolpix P80 digital camera, its a beaut camera to use but I appear to have issues with it. When taking a photo and viewing it at 100% I find the quality of the picture is not clear, its very grainy. Is the issue with myself as I do tend to have alittle camera shake. Is there too much noise is my ISO too high as its set at 200. How do I take a good photo.

White out Every photo I take seems to white out, as if it is letting in to much light. But it is more than this, as it is possible to see white streaking on the image as well. Blurry photos I love my A80. I know it's best to use a tripod to avoid camera shake but I can't always use a tripod when taking photos of my active toddler. I like to do close ups of her face and her playing but pics of her are blurry and this is a disappointment. What setting do you recommend?

Canon SD600 I used my camera to take pictures of fireworks and I noticed that afterwards, all the photos I was taking outside in daylight were turning white. If I take pictures in the dark, they turn out perfect, and low light pictures are fairly normal except anywhere where there is a light source (lamp, window, etc) the color is streaky and orange.
