Having problems with your Olympus FE-210 Digital Camera ?

Battery door. I have purchased a new battery cover to replace a broken one but cannot remove the pin to get the old door out and the new door in. I have remove the front and back covers but the pin won't slide out. Can you help, please. Peter

Hi Peter and I think there was someone else with a similar problem,
\015\012I finally received the new cover today. I wasn't able to work out how to get the pin out but what I've done is separated the plastic part from the metal part by undoing the two screws on the cover and swapping them over. All fixed as it was the plastic that was broken. When putting them together make sure the edge of the metal furhtest from the screws is slotted under the retainer on the plastic part and I found a small blob on the end of the screw driver made getting the screws back in a lot easier. I didn't want to use a magnetic screwdriver but they may be all right.
Hi, waiting for the replacement part, I had a look at the broken one . I think you may be able to replace just the plastic part without removing the pin. I'll look closer when I get the part.

Hi, i purchased a Siemens wirefree door chime about 3 months ago (the model is either a DCWF13 or DCWF14). However, approximately every three weeks since i purchased the chime i have had to remove the batteries and then replace them as the door chime stops working. Once the batteries have been re-inserted (NOT NEW BATTERIES) the chime then works again for a while. It would appear that the chime is losing it's memory!! Can you please advise what i should do.

I dropped the camera this morning & now it wont turn on at all. I am just sick. Help! It fell on the top edge by the zoom button. When I picked it up, the side door (usb input etc.) was open.
