Having problems with your Olympus FE-230 Digital Camera ?

The camera seems to ignore the microSD Attachment when saving pictures, ie they go to internal memory and there seems to be no mention of saving to the card/attachment. The online manual doesn't help! The image saving location indicator always remains "Internal"

Answers :

The memory card you are using with this camera might be either defective or incompatible with the camera (for example, its capacity might be exceeding what the camera could support). Try to use a memory card reader to test your current memory card. If it works fine, try to use a different micro SD card with a lower capacity & see if the camera will work with the new one.
The problem may be either the contact are damaged on the camera or on the memory card, or the camera can not handle the memory capacity of the memory card.

please check the camera specifications.

Lost Pictures After an unsuccessful attempt to install Leopard I had to copy all files, restore the original software to my PowerBookG4 and then return all files to the computer. In the process, all the images saved in Nikon Picture Project 1.7 seem to have disappeared. When I open the application, I see the icon of a JPG image, but no actual image. If I click the icon, I get a window saying image may have been deleted or moved to another location. If I click "find the image", and look in severa

Hi, I have a Canon T2i Rebel. When i put the camera in "M" (totally manual), the image doesnt appear in the LCD screen. Only in the manual mode the image doesnt show, and the pictures also appear completely black. White out Every photo I take seems to white out, as if it is letting in to much light. But it is more than this, as it is possible to see white streaking on the image as well. I have also tried taking photos in various manual settings, resulting in the same problem. It seems to be a little better in doors. However when I use video mode the image is normal. This problem first occured on holiday in Singapore - when I took it into a shop out there they said it was probably the heat. But the problem

Image quality Hi. When I'm taking photos and set my exposure manually on my Canon 20D, the image looks right exposed on my LCD screen, but when I download all the photos on my PC, all the photos are VERY DARK. This takes lots of time for me to edit it and then after I've got the right brightness on my PC I discovered that the image quality is VERY BAD!!! There is lots of noise on the image. Can someone help me to find a solution to correct the exposure on my camera, so that I can save time on my

Nikon D80 with a Sigma Lens (80 to 200 I think). In manual mode, often shutter won't release - this was a close up of a hummingbird with a fast shutter speed. Internal light meter showed underexposed, but the background was dark green. Initially, the shutter released, but later would not operate either with a remote, or by manually depressed the shutter release button. Switching back to auto, the camera seemed to work fine, but in this mode could not get the desired shutter speed. In full manual

Canon Powershot G10 image quality problems... I have had my Canon Powershot G10 for 2 years and have had the same problem from the start... it is now driving me mad! When viewing photos in anything other than the supplied Canon Zoom Browser or Photo Professional the quality is poor. The images are noticeably blurred and appear grainy. I normally shot in manual mode with ISO80 and record images in RAW+JPEG. Processing the RAW photos seems to slightly improve the blur (though it is still there)

I was taking pictures into bright sunlight switching between manual and automatic settings, and manual and automatic focus. First, the picutre would take, but the shutter would not open (viewfinder would remain closed) switching from manual to automatic focus fixed this issue. However now it seems that the aperture is stuck, and not enough light gets through to the viewfinder. How can I fix this?

Canon Vixia HV30 - I have been reading a lot about it's much touted optical super zoom image stabilization but it either does not work the way it is supposed to or i am doing something wrong or it is another of those overhyped features that does not measure up to the real world scenarios.
