Write protect i was trying to copy photos from my camera to my pc. my camera stopped taking photos afterwards and a blue screen says "write protect"

Answers :

Sounds like you will need to format the memory card. This will permanently erase all the data from the card and then you will be able to use it again. To format the card: Press the Menu button - right arrow to Setup - Press Ok- right arrow to format option. You will see format yes or no. Choose Yes and press ok. This will clear the write protect message and the card can be used again.
