How can I increase the total number of pictures to

\015 How can I increase the total number of pictures on the Olympus Stylus 7010 to more than 92? I was told I could take over 1000 pictures.\015

Answers :

Two options.
First option, reduce the image size that the camera takes.
Set the mode dial on the back ot the camera to other than auto, then press the menu button on the back of the camera.
Find "image size" and select a smaller size.

Second option, buy a larger xD-Picture card, the web site says up to 2GB size.
Types H,M,M+ and standard.

Hope this helps.
Purchase at least one xD-Picture card up to 2GB in size. Or you can use microSD and microSDHC cards using the supplied adapter.

The number of pictures you can store depends on the size of the card, image resolution, and other factors. Obviously, with more cards you can take more pictures.

When taking pictures a number appears above a picture of the SIM card. What does this number mean? A red arrows appears very briefly inside the picture of the SIM card. My concern is the SIM card is nearly full - it is a 2 gig card and there are currently 328 pictures on it, including 4 or 5 short video clips.

You should really be taking the photos off the camera, the 2gb card will probably be getting fullish at 400 photos but in any case, they are better off stored on your computer in case you lose the camera or something goes wrong with it. The best solu ... Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 Digital Camera
