Corrupted files from xd card
\015 Ok i have a problem with some files, i will try to give as many details as i can. sorry if its a bit too much\015\012I had some videos and pictures in a 1GB xd card in my Olympus Stylus 730. \015\012instead of using the olympus software, i stupidly used a card reader on my PC, opened the card and used the "move to..." command on the files... \015\012when the files were transferred into my hard drive, i couldn't access them any more. pictures or videos. since the "move to..." command does not leave a copy of the original file in the card, i only had the corrupt files in the hard drive. i made a copy of those just in case.\015\012then i copy/pasted those files back into the xd card. i tried using the olympus transfer software from the camera again just in case but it doesnt work\015\012Now, when i turn on the camera with the xd card in it, i just get an option to power off, or format the card.\015\012Is there a way to get those files back or have i messed up beyond hope here?\015\012Maybe those files aren't corrupt, but just in a form that cant be played back?\015
