Suddenly the pictures I take with my Lumix DMC-ZS3 have dark, shadowy, relatively circular spots on them. The spots are more noticeable when I zoom in. The spots are always in the same places on my images. This is my favorite camera of all time and I very distressed over this issue. I suspect dust has collected somewhere inside the lens where I can not get at it. I have gently cleaned the outside surface of the lens and have blown it off with compressed air but the problem persists, What c

Hi--I have a panasonic lumix DMC-FP8, which I bought in May 2010. The camera is great for outdoor landscapes, etc. but I've had problems with low lighting and red eye. The camera has trouble focusing on the subjects, and there are often white spots all over the picture (even though I've cleaned the lens and checked to see if there were scratches or dirt on it). In addition to this, I have the red eye setting on, but I still get really awful red eye in all of my pictures. The camera is still new

Reset option and clean sensor option are not visible in set up menu. Canon D20 I had a two spots that kept appearing in the same area of the photo so I looked at the manual and did the clean sensor function a couple of times and the spots remain. I have a Canon 20D camera that I use with two lenses. The lens that I have most of my problems with is the 28-70 f2.8 red ring lens. When focusing It always seems to focus on what is behind the subject. No matter how much I concentrate on the focusing sensor to focus on the subject -AND it looks like it focuses on the subject-UNITL I load my photos and look at them in disgust that it focused behind it!! What is going on?? I use the same lens on my friend's cannon 5D and NEVER have this problem.

My wife has a Canon 60D DSLR camera. When she looks through the view finder, it looks like the lens has a speck of dust on it as she can see it in the viewfinder. She has swapped lenses and the spec is still there. She used the auto clean function for the sensor, but the spec hasn't moved, This is almost a brand new camera. Should we clean the sensor by hand? If so, how do you do it?

CAMERA IS THREE MONTHS OLD. ON MY LAST OUTING I NOTICED A PERFECT CIRCLE SPOT ONLY IN SHOTS OF THE SKY. THE SPOT IS IN THE IDENTICAL PLACE ON ALL SKY SHOT PHOTOS NO MATTER WHAT FOCAL LENGHT IS USED. If you have another lens, switch it and take some shots of the sky. If the spot is gone, it probably was the lens that needs cleaning/servicing. I have a problem with my sony cyber-shot dsc T-3. Everything is all right except that there is probably a problem with the lense as the image (on the screen when I want to take a photo or film) is not right (it is pink, dark with lines on it). It is not a problem with the screen, because I can look at my photos / videos which were done before this problem happened. I think it is because I tried to use the camera in a hospital (I had a baby last week) when I was in a surgery room. Maybe too magne

The LCD on my DMC-TZ5 looks like someone ran the image through one of those turn-your-picture-into-a-cartoon filters. The problem is present in both record and review modes (and menus too), both for still pictures and video. It does not affect the actual pics/video once downloaded to the computer; it's just a problem with the LCD display. It developed this problem after I took it to a repair shop to fix a stuck lens shutter/cover thingy. Before I take it back and accuse them of screwing somet

Also showed up on a Brides White Dress. What can I do to fix this.....Oh one more fact....I changed out my 3 lenses and it shows up on all three, so it's definitely the camera body problem.

My D70 (which I just bought on ebay) is having problems with AF. At time the AF works fine but then for no reason it refuses to work for hours to days. I have two bodies so I can swap lenses to see that its not the lens. If I switch to manual focus, it the camera works fine. I can see the little pins around the lens fitting retract when I switch the camera to manual. Seems like a problem with the internals that control AF. No other problems are apparent to me. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a contact issue - either they are not making consistently or they are just dirty. I'd start with a good contact cleaner (Radio Shack or photo store) and spray the snot out of both the camera contacts and lense (making VERY sure to protec ... Nikon D70s Digital Camera

I have spots on my pics. My camera is still new. I've been extremely careful to not get anything on the lens. Don't see anything visible on the lens, and have also tried cleaning it (very carefully with special lens cleaner). Still, there are spots -- the same place on every pic. Is there anything that I can do? It it possible it's something internal?

Sounds like dust on the sensor. If this was a DSLR, you would be able to clean it but that's impossible on a point-and-shoot. If the camera is new and you have photographic proof the spots have always been there, you should be able to get a replaceme ... Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS15 Digital Camera

I have had a vivitar camera in the past and have just borrowed one and the same thing happened to both. This needs fixing because is not mine and needs to be looked into as it is obvioulsy a problem with vivitars in general!
